Thomas has 18+ years of extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Thomas most recently held the role of Director of Operations and Supply Chain at FMH Aerospace part of AMETEK and Corporate Director of Operational Excellence at SAFRAN Aerospace. Thomas also spent 10 years in Food & Beverage industry where he held the role of Associate Director of Manufacturing at Kraft Heinz Foods and held other plant leadership roles at The Hershey Company and PepsiCo. Thomas is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Thomas has a MBA from James Madison University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & System Engineering from Virginia Tech.
