Noel has 30+ years of extensive experience in Finance and Accounting in the US and Asia.  Noel most recently held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Aseptic Technology LLC in Yorba Linda, CA.  Noel also spent 20+ years as a Finance Leader managing financial controls and accounting procedures at Kenstar Corporation in Manila Philippines.  Noel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and majoring in Accounting from University of East Manila.
