The USOC Medical Saint Patrick’s Day Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and authorized to enter on behalf of their organization, where applicable. Void where prohibited by law.

Repair Credit Terms

The repair credit:

• Applies only to repair services performed by USOC Medical

• Is limited to the total invoice amount for a single repair order, not to exceed $1,000 USD

• Has no cash value and is non-transferable

• May not be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing

• Must be redeemed within 90 days of winner notification

• Covers repair service charges only and does not include shipping, taxes, evaluation fees, or additional parts unless otherwise specified by USOC Medical

If the total repair invoice is less than $1,000, no remaining balance will be issued. If the total repair cost exceeds $1,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance.

Amazon Gift Card

The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions and is not redeemable for cash through USOC Medical.

By entering, participants agree to allow USOC Medical to use their name and company name for promotional purposes related to this Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
